Lovely sunfilled penthouse with 3 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom, nice living and dining area, ceiling to floor windows, spacious furnished terrace with south-west orientation and with amazing views to the sea and to the attached golf course. From here you can watch spectacular sunsets while sipping your sundowner. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need. Laundry room with washing machine and tumbler. A nice community pool and a lovely garden is part of the Elviria hills complex, which is a private residential community in a greenzone on Marbella´s hillside. Golf course and driving range are within walking distance. In Elviria you find many different kinds of very good restaurants and bars, supermarkets, shops - and the lovely white sandy beach is only 5 minutes away. Our experience was very good . The apartment was very clean comfortable in fact when we booked 3 extra nights to stay on tells you it all .The apartment had everything you needed to make our stay enjoyable and plan going back in September 2023.The hosts were professional and helpful in every way .
