It's all about "Endless Summer" here at Boardwalk Beach Resort #810 in Panama City Beach, Florida! This Gulf-front, 8th floor oasis is true paradise! Beautifully decorated with a coastal touch, you have all of the comforts of home, plus so much more! Whether you are looking for some much needed R&R, a romantic getaway, a family vacation full of fun and excitement, or to soak in the glorious Florida sunshine on the “Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches” this condo is sure to please! Boardwalk 810 is a 2 BED/2 BATH beachfront condo that comfortably sleeps up to 8 in the master bedroom king bed, guest bedroom queen beds (2), and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.
You must register in advance for parking/amenities. Prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to do so. Your registration packet is picked up from security upon arrival. You are limited to 2 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Vehicle Reg Fees ($50 per vehicle) & Armbands ($6 A Piece)
From your 8th floor Gulf-front balcony, you'll overlook a 1700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your expansive living room, there are views from every angle! The living room offers plenty of seating with a coastal blue sleeper sofa (queen-size mattress!) and coordinated recliners. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen smart TV, a video player is also provided for movie nights!
Prepare an entire gourmet meal or just a quick snack before heading to the beach, in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. Gulf views can be appreciated from the kitchen as well! The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc.! Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area that comfortably seats 6 people at the dining room table with additional seating for 4 at the bar. Beach-front dining on the private balcony is always a great option too! Don't feel like cooking? No problem! The master bedroom offers upgraded furniture, flat-screen TV, convenient dresser and closet, and access to the full bathroom! Your full bathroom includes a large jetted jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and wall mounted hair dryer.
The guest bedroom offers a two queen sized beds with high thread count linens-it's like your sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy access to the en-suite guest bath that provides a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom can be accessed from either the hallway or guest bedroom so it's great for anyone using the sofa sleeper.

This is the first time we rented in this condo complex and it won't be the last. The condo was clean and had high end furnishings and the kitchen was very well stocked with up graded appliances and Keurig and coffee pot. The whole complex was constantly cleaned and the elevators were quick and efficient. We have rented other condos in the area and this one was a great upgrade from all we have used.

The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived, pool was great and easy to get to, having a bar and grill on the pool deck was great. Close to every attraction we wanted to see.
