Come and discover this house in Notre-Dame-de-Monts, ideally situated next to the sea. You will appreciate its calm environment with its garden and barbecue, its large forest and its coastal paths located nearby.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this house can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge with its sofas and decorative fireplace, perfect for moments of relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster as well as a filter coffee maker, cafetière and Nespresso machine are also at your disposal.
On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 3: equipped with two single beds
A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the accommodation.
For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
You can park your vehicle in the private car park of the rental.

This furnished accommodation is equipped with a wi-fi connection.
The furnished accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.

Thanks to an ideal location, you can easily explore the Vendée coast: less than 15 minutes by car to reach Saint-Jean-de-Monts and 20 minutes to the island of Noirmoutier, revealing the Passage du Gois where you can practise rock pooling.
