About this villa rental
LIVING AREA
This tastefully decorated 50m² house can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a lounge-dining area and a fully fitted, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, ceramic hob, electric plancha grill, all necessary tableware, a television, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing board, and iron).
SLEEPING AREA
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds, and the convertible double sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping space for 2 people.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE
Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace with complete garden furniture for a fully comfortable stay (outdoor table and chairs, parasol). The house also features a private 6-person spa (optional) in the garden. The beach is just 350 m away.

Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your haven of peace between the state-owned forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
A legacy of its past as a holiday camp, the estate has been reimagined as a friendly, entirely pedestrian little village. Our 17 semi-detached villas blend into this wooded setting to create a true hamlet atmosphere.
Your privacy preserved: With tranquility as our watchword, each accommodation has its own private green enclosure. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your optional private spa) away from prying eyes.
The ideal location: Use the estate's shared pathways to access the region's many cycling routes directly and reach the beach within minutes. You'll also be close to local shops, the ferry terminal for Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier, and Saint-Jean-de-Monts.
At reception: molkky sets, pétanque, board games, rackets, and paddleboards available. Our team welcomes you every day to support you throughout your stay.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Private parking, closed at night.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest
If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay by a few hours, early check-in and late check-out are available for €50 (subject to availability, by reservation).
The private spa is optional, at a cost of €40 for the duration of the stay.
Bed linens are provided.
Bath towels are not provided. A towel kit can be rented for €7 per person. Bathrobes can also be rented for €5 per person.
Pets under 25kg that are quiet are accepted for €15.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes washed and put away, beds stripped, fridge cleaned, bathroom, kitchen, and floors cleaned, bins emptied). If you would prefer not to clean, you can opt for the end-of-stay cleaning package for €85. You can also request cleaning during your stay for €39 (please notify us at least 3 days in advance).
If you wish, we can provide a baby kit for an additional €15. This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and protector), a high chair, and a baby bath.
A security deposit of €750 will be requested upon arrival via bank card imprint (amount not charged and released upon departure).

Très agréable séjour dans la villa Cuba du Domaine de Sherwood. Tout est conforme à la description. L'accès à la plage, la distance ultra proche, le fait que ce soit une plage naturelle, avoir un spa privatif pour la villa, les équipements proposés. Tout est parfait pour passer un séjour mémorable. Chien acceptés, donc déjà un très gros point fort pour nous! Cottage en très bon état, propre dans son ensemble, terrasse très appréciable avec jacuzzi. Il manquerait peut-être des chaises longues pour les siestes au soleil. Les photos sont conformes au lieu, cuisine bien équipée, literie très bien. Pour la précision de l'annonce, nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait un barbecue, et la machine à café est une nespresso (donc petites capsules). À moins que c'était écrit quelque part, mais je ne l'ai pas vu? On est à 5min d'une grande plage calme et peu fréquentée (où les chiens sont acceptés!). Le domaine est très calme, idéal en couple, en famille ou entre amis pas trop fêtards, ou du moins respectueux du voisinage. Accueil très sympatique, et personnel disponible. On recommande !!

L habitat est très agréable et moderne. Une très belle terrasse sans vis à vis toutefois des voisins sur les côtés.
Nos voisins étaient sympathique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
