In the heart of Notre Dame de Monts and 10 minutes from the beach on foot via the main street or the forest. 50 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bathroom and separate toilet refurbished at the beginning of 2023. Located away from the main street but a stone's throw from shops, attractions and the beach. Once there, no need to touch the car. Balcony + Private garden at the back with table, chairs and barbecue. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building (which contains 4 apartments).PGJyPg

The street of the apartment is perpendicular to the rue de la plage (main street in the heart of the village) but far enough away to be quiet.
Free parking, at the foot of the apartment. Possibility to get around on foot for shopping, entertainment or beach. There are many cycle paths to reach the island of Noirmoutier, or St Jean de Mont.
