The cottage was very well stocked with everything you could need for the stay.

Cozy cottage in the back garden of the owner.
Excellent fireplace for cold winter nights.
Large bed with very firm mattress.
Fully equipped kitchen.
No garage available for parking, which means your car is parked overnight in front of the garage under a tree. While it is presumably very safe to park your car on the street in Greyton, it could be a factor for some people. It also means that there is no facility available to charge an electric vehicle. More annoyingly, my car was covered every morning under bird droppings, and some resin-like residu. Had to have my car washed every morning.
