Very warm welcome! We arrived a bit early and were going to have lunch at the Hosts adjacent restaurant before checking in. Our host Mark greeted us warmly and said our room was ready and we could check in then relax over lunch! Thank you. Much appreciated. They don't serve breakfast, which we were told in advance. Kitchenette very well equipped. It included bottles of water in fridge. Best surprise was finding good filter coffee that we enjoyed with snack breakfast we had taken with us. The location was also very convenient. Only 15km form the wedding venue we needed to go to. The area was also very quiet at night, promoting good sleep!

The pillows were very comfortable. Plunger coffee and fresh milk.
There is an aircon, but we couldn't use it because it trips the power. It was very hot, and the fan in the room didn't help much. The reception was not very welcoming.
There was no communication from the hosts prior to or during our stay. We would have liked to at least have a drink at the restaurant, but it was full. A heads-up to book in advance would have resulted in a higher score.
