Location was great. The apartment is lovely and spacious with a gorgeous outdoor area. Its the second time we've stayed there because we enjoy it so much.

This is a lovely spacious quirky flat with almost everything you need. There is a nice outside area with a braai. The kitchen is well equipped as well.
I’m surprised no one has mentioned this but the flat shares a wall with the admin of the restaurant. I could hear the owner talking on the phone and i felt quite uncomfortable that they would be able to hear us in the flat. The flat doesn’t have the privacy one would want when staying somewhere.

The pillows were very comfortable. Plunger coffee and fresh milk.
There is an aircon, but we couldn't use it because it trips the power. It was very hot, and the fan in the room didn't help much. The reception was not very welcoming.
There was no communication from the hosts prior to or during our stay. We would have liked to at least have a drink at the restaurant, but it was full. A heads-up to book in advance would have resulted in a higher score.
