Very little that i didn't like. If one is not as tech savvy, relaxing with telly or watching news might be challenging. Extra 250 for wifi as most establishments include it. As is expected, ( due to house's proximity to ocean) the house is very cold in winter. Hence, hosts could ensure a pocket or two or wood for guests.
