Everything was nice, from the deck sea view to seeing the kids playing on the rocks by the water. The housie itself was perfectly equiped with everything you could need. Lounge and dining also looks overlooks sea. Some of the bedrooms have seaview. Accommodates large families easily.Owner was very friendly and accommodating and so are the neighbors!Braai area was also lekker...Has a panic button for security in the event of possible emergencies. Price is reasonable 10/10 highly reccommend!
Nothing really, everything is perfect. Would suggest creating bulk family special price packages for large families for long stays. (4 days/ 7days/ 10days/ 14days) to encourage all rooms in house to be utilized at the same time for longer time frames and continuous never ending long term (long weekend/ holiday/ yearly) short term rental relationships that last.

Melkboom is the perfect choice for those looking to accommodate a big or small group of people. The home is well appointed and lacks nothing by way of linen, cutlery, crockery etc. Views are spectacular and its close proximity to the sea and walkways is an added advantage. Secure garaging is a bonus and the outdoor area at the back of the house is great for entertaining. We would highly recommend this property in Franskraal. Jan Roos, the owner, ensured that all reservation conditions were met and was always available to assist if needed.
The premises felt cold and damp as the balcony and living areas never got direct sunlight. This we ascribed to the onset of winter and the path of the sun at this time of year.
