The location is very good, especially for access to Tambun. It is convenient and well connected. Parking was available and easy to use. Check in was smooth and there were no issues on arrival. Overall, location and basic access logistics were the strongest parts of the stay.

The listing advertised gym access, however on arrival we were informed by the security that the gym is only available to permanent residents and not guests in short term accommodation. This was misleading and disappointing. The response from the host when queried was brief and lacked any effort to resolve or acknowledge the issue. The apartment itself felt under equipped. Furniture was very minimal, with limited tables or surfaces to place items or charge devices. Bedding quality was poor and we noticed insects, which led to skin irritation and allergy issues. There was stored bedding in a chest that smelled old and unusable. Kitchen basics were also below standard, with rusted cutlery and poorly maintained items. Overall cleanliness and upkeep did not meet expectations for the price.
