The location is very convenience, near to aeon kinta where we can charge our electrical car, near to bank to withdraw cash, 99 speedmart, KK mart, 7 eleven to buy grocery, near to all the tourist place. Iron and few number of hair dryer is provided, a lot of beds, cleanliness at 1st floor, game machine provided, coway machine provided.

The ground floor was not properly clean, the living room table is with stain of curry sauce, kitchen floor is sticky, some ribbon pieces left over, the small steel table and window area is dusty, the air cond is quite old not so cold, one of the mattress not even, bathroom window at master room can be seen through from outside, unable to operate the TV bos as mouse is missing, cleaning up of property was still ongoing until 3.30pm while check in time is on 3pm, balcony area at 1st floor is dusty.

Location and the interior are wonderful. Close to the city main area, high contribution to easy access. Furthermore, the traffic are was moderately smooth and without much traffic jam. Overall, a very comfortable stay and experience.

There are no fry pan and spatula available, we had to cook with pot and it is challenging. It will be great if these cooking equipments are available for future.
