Location was fab. This property is on the Plage Nord so is a bit out of town but is amazing place Five minutes walk to the sea, lovely beach Three beach restaurants/bars in easy walking distance Main port area of St Cyprien is about 25 mins walk or five minute drive. Other restaurants and bars in between and a good Carrefour City store as well as a decent Spar supermarket.

The balcony was lovely.
Well equipped kitchen, loads of towels and bed linen etc.
The noise from the outside aircon unit caused some problems for me but not my husband - although we partially resolved this by making sure the handset was set to NIGHT SETTING But it was warm in the double bedroom.
Other people have commented that the apartment needs refreshing and the block is getting tatty. We would agree although none of that spoiled our holiday.
Did not like the toilet, which doubles as a boiler room and cleaning cupboard.
Good washing machine and dishwasher!

Tout dépend de la sensibilité des gens, pour ma part le bloc clim ma dérangée car il est sur le balcon collé a la chambre, contrairement a mon compagnon que çà a bercé

La ubicación y las vistas del apartamento y su decoración.
La limpieza era muy escasa, la ducha había moho, las sábanas se veían utilizadas, los cristales de los ventanales muy sucios. Recomendaría que limpiaran a fondo el apartamento.
