- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot.

- A 10 m² terrace, facing south/south-west, with furniture available to enjoy the fine weather.
