Set within the secure, pedestrian-friendly Les Jardins de Neptune residence, it's an excellent choice for families or friends looking to enjoy the Mediterranean coastline, nearby shops, and a wide range of leisure activities.

Located on the first floor, the apartment accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms, each with two single beds, while the living room features a double sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave and dishwasher for convenient self-catering, and the bathroom provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. A furnished private terrace extends the living space outdoors, while air conditioning, a TV, a safe, and paid parking add everyday convenience. (Note that the loft bed is not suitable for children under 6 or over 14)

The residence offers excellent shared facilities for all ages, including a large outdoor swimming pool, an unheated paddling pool, table tennis, pétanque, and a children's play area.
