Deep in the south of France, 30 km from the Spanish border lies our beautiful house. It has an area of about 68 square meters and is equipped with 6 beds. (2 doubles, 2 singles). The house is about 400m from the sea. Before the house is a sun terrace (south side). The terraces were planted lovingly. It is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday:

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Saint Cyprien sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft schön und auch Oktober konnte man noch im Meer schwimmen. Die Ferienwohnung war schön, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Terrasse hinter dem Haus ist toll. Vorherige Mieter hatten aber wohl manches Geschirr Töpfe nicht ganz sauber weggeräumt, sodass wir manches vor der ersten Benutzung einmal spülen müssten. Im Gesamteindruck können wir aber darüber hinwegsehen. Wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir wollen gerne wiederkommen.

Unsere Familie fährt schon seit über 20 Jahren dorthin. Bis auf kleine technische Probleme (Stromlast,Sicherung geht heraus bei Überlastung, insbesondere von der Küche ausgehend)hat es sich jedesmal gelohnt weil es kein Touristenort ist aber allewichtigen Einrichtungen in der Nähe sind (Märkte, Ärzte) etc. und im Hafen auch schöne Restaurants zu finden sind.

Schönes Haus mit guter Einrichtung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und zwar meist auch reichlich. Sehr gut finde ich die Telefonflatrate europaweit. Wir hatten einen Trauerfall während des Urlaubes und da war dies ein wichtiger Faktor. Leider hat das Haus keine Zentralheizung sondern nur Heizlüfter, die es nicht wirklich heizen können. Dazu kommt noch ein Kaminofen, der dann am Abend doch für etwas Wärme sorgt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig - jedenfalls in dieser Jahreszeit - und doch relativ nahe an den Versorgungs- und Freizeiteinrichtungen.
