Bedroom 2: 1 adult double bed 140cmx190cm
(Mezzanine under the slope, difficult access), 1 double bed 140cmx190cm.
Blankets available.
What you need to bring: towels, bath mats, fitted sheet, pillowcases, light duvet and duvet cover. Locks, repair kit and pump.
End of stay: You must return the house and garden in the same state of storage as when you arrived. For example, you must empty the garbage cans, empty the fridges, the dishwasher, clean the BBQ and the plancha - Thank you in advance!
One person will be in charge of the final cleaning.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie villa très calme et proche des commerces et de la plage (à vélo).
Un petit bémol concernant les moustiques très présents (anti moustiques indispensable dans le jardin !)

La propriété est très agréable , jolie terrain sans vis à vis .
la maison est très bien situer mer à peine à 5 mn à vélo qui sont prêtés par le propriétaire et petits commerces tout prés de la maison.
Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable à refaire.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Saint-Cyprien in oktober 2019. Prachtig weer en heerlijke omgeving.
Jammer dat in oktober al veel winkels in de omgeving dicht zijn.
Een aanrader is de markt op vrijdag. Onverwacht groot.

This is a lovely, comfortable property about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach (and about three minutes by car). The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the furnishings were well maintained and comfortable. The WiFi had a good, strong signal and the air conditioning very welcome when the weather was hot.
The garden is absolutely lovely - well laid out and secluded with areas for dining, relaxing in the sun, or sitting in the shade. The built-in charcoal barbecue worked well and we used it most nights when not dining out..
St-Cyprien Plage is a fairly modern town with plenty of restaurants, a lovely long sandy beach and an attractive port area. Several bakeries are within walking distance and a small supermarket very close by.
We really enjoyed our stay in Herve's lovely house.
