Cleanliness - hair found in the cutlery draw and dust/cobwebs throughout in general. Perhaps the apartment hadn't been lived in over the winter? Otherwise fine.
Tired furniture and beds not comfortable to our tastes. The apartment needs some updating

Excellent location and very well equipped. Very spacious.
Despite following the instructions for hot water, there was never enough for a bath. I messaged the owner for help but didn’t get a response which was disappointing.

Cosy flat very conveniently located in the centre of town but away from noise, with a small well-equipped kitchen, good TV, and 2 decent bedrooms. Overall good value.
Hot water not really sufficient for a bath, but shower was fine. Some items of crockery not clean in the kitchen and previous guest had left food in the microwave! Perhaps add this to the cleaning checklist!

Brilliant location. Easy parking at Morrisons next door to unload. Then free 24 hour parking at Dispensary St. It would have been helpful to have this information before arriving.
Antiquated heating systems. Flat was freezing cold and storage heaters never came on. Bedroom heaters made alot of noise so had to unplug. Several cobwebs and very dusty TV and other surfaces. Doors need cleaning/painting. Greasy oven handle. Dirty shower screen seal and grout. We were not warned of 3 flights of stairs although we were ok with it, others may not. Bed linen felt thin and quite old, though quilt nice and warm. Stretch covers on sofa obviously hiding something? Needs ring binder with instructions for use of all appliances etc plus local information would be nice.
