Angel Lane Alnwick Apartment

The host is so lovely and accommodating, communicates clearly and responds to messages quickly. The flat is in a great location, easily accessible and very comfortable. Rooms are spacious enough, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Great price given its location and ease of access. Parking is free for 24hrs and is only 5minutes away from the property (across the road from Morrisons).

There is honestly very little to say here. If we are in the area again, I would happily stay again. The carpets are a little dirty (which is understandable, as I imagine most people walk around in shoes), and some dishes were wet when we went to use them (easily solved). It seems there was a water leak at some point, which caused some wall damage in the bathroom and living room, but it doesn't make the property any less comfortable.

Angel Lane is in a fantastic location right in the centre. Property is fully fitted with everything you need. Spacious, comfortable rooms home from home really.

Nothing like I say everything was great. Would defo recommend it and stay again.

Self catering

Brilliant location. Easy parking at Morrisons next door to unload. Then free 24 hour parking at Dispensary St. It would have been helpful to have this information before arriving.

Antiquated heating systems. Flat was freezing cold and storage heaters never came on. Bedroom heaters made alot of noise so had to unplug. Several cobwebs and very dusty TV and other surfaces. Doors need cleaning/painting. Greasy oven handle. Dirty shower screen seal and grout. We were not warned of 3 flights of stairs although we were ok with it, others may not. Bed linen felt thin and quite old, though quilt nice and warm. Stretch covers on sofa obviously hiding something? Needs ring binder with instructions for use of all appliances etc plus local information would be nice.
