Magnificent apartment - 2BR-6P - Eiffel Tower

Muy cómodo para 6 personas. Bien equipado. Respondieron muy rápido a nuestros requerimientos. Muy práctico que tenga lavadora y secadora compartida, nos sirvió mucho. Supermercado en la puerta del edificio.

Sugerencia, instalaría aire acondicionado.

Location is very convenient. Supermarket downstairs.

Cleaning lady is very Rudy but the cleaning guy is very nice.The futon is very uncomfortable for adults. Kids are ok to use that. The dinning table is too big for the room if you take the futon out. Maybe a foldable table would be better.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The terrace was an added bonus and gave us extra space. Lounge room comfortable and well-appointed.

A few more kitchen utensils/ cooking equipment (eg baking tray/dish) would have been useful.

It is close to public transportation. It is right across convenience store. Apartment looked decent.

Dead bird on the patio, dirty patio chairs cushions, and patio tables. Too little toilet paper. Not a single hand towel hook neither at the kitchen nor at bathroom sinks, bathroom sink counter none existent. Touchless bathroom sink faucet very annoying. Extremely inconvenient that there is no a single shelve in the showers to put your soap and shampoo on, what are you expected to do, juggle them while taking a shower? There is digital thermostat in every room, each has multiple zones, one had total of 5 zones while the apartment is only 3 rooms, zero instructions on which zone is for what space, the management company also had no clue, when asked we were told to turn a none existent dial on the thermostat. We told them there is no dial and sent pictures, they were going to research and never got back to us with the info.
