Il faudrait améliorer la climatisation .

- The facility claimed it had AC but it actually did not. - We received a message after we booked the apartment that there will be an additional cost to us of €25 per person for linen, we were five, so it cost an additional €125 that was not disclosed on the listing. - Additionally we stayed 4 nights ,5 people and we only had one towel per person. - It was not disclosed that the outside part of the building was under full renovations so scaffold was covering the sides of the building and was no view plus privacy as people were on it working. - On the last note the shower broke and we had to tie it up with some plastic to take showers.

Самое главный плюс этой квартиры-расположение! Два шага и ты в метро. 15 минут прогулки вдоль Сены и ты у Эйфелевой башни. Все достопримечательности рядом. Это очень удобно. Понравилось то, что квартира просторная. Есть посудомоечная машина, два туалета, вся необходимая кухонная утварь. Очень удобная гостиная- много места для отдыха, овальный стол. Кровати в комнате удобные. Диваны в гостиной для сна подходят, тоже удобные, но один большой , а другой чуть меньше.

Будьте готовы, что это не апартаменты для проживания гостей, а жилая квартира с личными вещами хозяев. Нас это очень расстроило. Везде были чьи-то личные вещи. Квартира была грязная. Так же, кроме суммы за аренду квартиры, с вас возьмут 25 € с человека за постельное и полотенца. Об этом нас предупредили за день до приезда. Это было неприятно. Так же постельное было не достаточно чистым..

La ubicación, la limpieza en general bien

Mucho calor, un solo aparato de A/C para todo el departamento (que de todas formas la salida está suelta y había que abrir la ventana por que irradia calor.) debería de especificar esto por qué en las recámaras solo hay abanico y si se siente muy caliente …. No recomiendo en verano Algunas cosas de la cocina muy muy viejas y de la casa en general Cafetera sucia y en mal estado Mi esposo tuvo el descuido de dejar una cartera con dinero y unas ID debajo del colchón y no nos la regresaron argumentando solamente que no estaban. Se lo robaron. Esto para nada habla bien del anfitrión.
