Die Lage und das geräumige Wohnzimmer waren toll. Zentral , aber dank einer kleinen Fußgängerzone eher vom Straßenlärm geschützt. Ein Aufzug im Wohnhaus machte den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm und auch die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem.
Die Verdunkelung im Wohnzimmer war nur sehr schwach möglich. Im Sommer bestimmt mit Kindern eine Herausforderung.

Für die Zubereitung eines Frühstücks war die Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet.
Der Schlafraum war relativ klein und es fehlte ein Kleiderschrank. Der Balkon der Nachbarwohnung schloss sich im rechten Winkel an. Der Fenster Vorhang musste deshalb geschlossen bleiben.
