Perfekte Lage, gute Ausstattung, freundliche und entgegenkommende Kommunikation, unkomplizierter Check-in, telefonisch gut erreichbar
Leider waren Toilettenpapier und Handseife fast alle ohne verfügbare Reserve. Auf meine Nachrichten über die booking App vorab wurde nicht reagiert.

Sehr gute Lage, kurzer Weg ins Zentrum
Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, bei Anreise waren 2 Betten bezogen und für eine Person Handtücher vorhanden. Nach kontaktieren des Vermieters kam ein junger Mann und brachte in einem Beutel Bettwäsche für das dritte Bett und einmal Handtücher. Bei der Bettwäsche waren sowohl beim Kopfkissen als auch beim Bettbezug die Reißverschlüsse ausgerissen. Also wieder ein Anruf. Diesmal wurde in unserer Abwesenheit das Bett mit anderer Bettwäsche bezogen und ein großes Handtuch hingelegt. Unsere bitte nach einer Rolle Toilettenpapier wurde ignoriert. Die Toilettenbürste war sehr schmutzig. Bei einem Preis von 140 € die Nacht hatten wir mehr erwartet. Einzig die Lage zur Stadt verhindert eine noch schlechtere Bewertung.
