I liked that there were some kitchen utilities I could use while I was there so that I didn't have to eat out for every meal. I liked that I got a separate bathroom in the basement, and it felt nice and clean and modern.
The only thing I didn't like was that the basement room is right beside the entrance and some of the arriving guests were very loud, for example a large group arrived at 02:00 one morning and were very talkative and loud outside for a half hour, keeping me up.
