You can look forward to a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in a central location with a large balcony, a new box-spring bed, and Netflix to help you wind down in the evening.
Stadtfeld is one of Magdeburg’s most popular neighborhoods. It has everything you need for daily life. The city center is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The main train station is less than a 10-minute walk away. There’s a tram stop right outside the door.
The 50 m² apartment is furnished with one-of-a-kind pieces by local artists and stylish furniture. You’ll find a range of extras here that go beyond the standards of typical Airbnb apartments.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, electric stove, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and cutlery, has everything you need for cooking.
Since we’ve furnished it as if we were living here ourselves, you’ll find real plants, books, and a love for detail. This makes the apartment much cozier than most Airbnb listings.
The spacious living/sleeping area is decorated in a cozy bohemian style. It features a comfortable bed for two people. On the smart TV, you’ll find TVNOW—where you can watch all the movies and series currently airing on TV, even after they’ve aired—as well as our own Netflix account, so you can relax in a lovely atmosphere.
The bathroom features a bright design and a bathtub with a shower. Here you’ll find everything you need: a high-quality hair dryer, towels, toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo. The apartment is on the second floor and has a large balcony.
The entrance to the apartment is on the courtyard side.

Gym/Fitness Center: The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Elbefitness. The gym is well-equipped with a weight training area, treadmills, exercise bikes, and a sauna.
Guest Access: The entrance to the apartment is on the courtyard side. You’ll have the apartment all to yourself. You can check in and out flexibly, as we use a completely contactless access system. We’ll leave the keys in a locker. A personal key handoff is also possible. Contact us for instructions.
INTERNET USE
1. ImmoMents GmbH provides the guest with internet access within the scope of existing technical and operational capabilities. Disruptions, such as those due to force majeure, maintenance, or similar circumstances, cannot be ruled out.
2. The guest may not misuse the internet connection. Misuse includes, in particular, the following cases: Downloading and distributing copyrighted content via peer-to-peer sharing platforms, illegal streaming services, as well as posting, accessing, or transmitting content relevant to criminal law (in particular Sections 130, 130a, 131, and 184 of the German Criminal Code (StGB)). The guest is obligated to respect the copyrights, patents, name rights, trademark rights, and personality rights of third parties when using the service. The guest shall, upon first request, indemnify ImmoMents GmbH against all claims and demands for damages by third parties, as well as against legal defense costs in a reasonable amount, arising from the unlawful use of the provided Internet connection by the guest or by third parties with the guest’s knowledge. This indemnification obligation covers, in particular, claims arising from the infringement of copyrights, patents, name rights, trademark rights, and personality rights, as well as violations of data protection laws.
3. The guest is prohibited from disclosing the access data for the Internet connection to third parties. In the event of a violation, the guest shall be liable to ImmoMents GmbH for all damages resulting from the disclosure of the access data.
4. Furthermore, ImmoMents GmbH reserves the right to block the guest’s internet connection in the event of legal violations.
