    Location was pretty close to Tokyo station. The hotel is clean, receptionist are friendly, the room is equippedwith washing machine. You are allowed to store luggage even days before check in. Overall recommended.

    Single beds were good size. 7-8 minutes walk from Tokyo station which connects to all major attractions. Staff is exceptionally helpful and very polite.

    We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights with our family. The cleanliness was excellent, and the location was okay, but unfortunately, the poor service from the staff significantly affected our overall experience. The staff were consistently rude and unwelcoming. Upon arrival, before check-in time, I left our luggage at the hotel and politely asked if I could use the toilet and have some water. Both requests were denied because it was not yet our check-in time. I also asked whether an early check-in might be possible, as I had paid for the early check-in option. I was told that the guaranteed check-in time was 1:00 PM. However, even after 1:00 PM, I was unable to check in because the room was supposedly still being cleaned. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering that we had paid for the early check-in service. Another disappointing incident involved my parents, who were also staying at the hotel and had purchased the breakfast package. We simply wanted to visit the lounge briefly to say hello to them, but we were refused entry because we had not paid for breakfast. I understand that hotels may have policies regarding lounge access, but the lack of courtesy and flexibility in this situation was disappointing. While the hotel itself was clean, good service and basic hospitality are equally important, especially for guests staying for an extended period. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to families who value warm, respectful, and accommodating service. Management should seriously review its staff’s approach to customer service, as cleanliness alone is not enough to provide a satisfactory hotel experience.
