4인 가족이 3박 4일 동안 숙박했습니다.
가장 만족스러웠던 점은 침대였습니다. 더블베드와 소파베드가 있는 객실이었는데, 침대와 베개가 정말 편해서 매일 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 아이도 소파베드에서 3일 내내 편하게 잘 정도로 만족했습니다.
객실은 전반적으로 깨끗했고, 부엌과 냉장고가 있어 간단한 음식을 보관하거나 먹기 편했습니다. 특히 객실 내 세탁기가 있어 가족 여행 중에는 정말 유용했습니다.
다만 아쉬운 점도 있었습니다. 소파베드에 까는 패드에 생리 얼룩이 묻어 있었고, 다음 날 교체를 요청했는데 새로 가져온 패드에도 얼룩이 남아 있었습니다. 다시 이야기하려다가 그냥 사용했습니다. 침구는 깨끗했지만 이 부분은 개선이 필요해 보입니다.
직원 서비스는 나쁘지는 않았지만, 다른 후기에서 본 것처럼 매우 친절하다는 느낌은 받지 못했습니다. 필요한 응대는 잘 해주셨지만, 그 이상으로 따뜻하거나 적극적인 서비스는 아니었습니다.
위치는 핫초보리역과 다른 역이 가까운 편이지만, 대부분 환승이 필요한 경우가 많았습니다. 또한 주변에 식당이 많지 않아 식사하기에는 다소 불편했습니다. 긴자와 아주 가까운 위치를 기대했는데 생각보다 거리가 있었고, 오히려 도쿄역 쪽이 더 가깝게 느껴졌습니다.
전체적으로 객실 시설과 침대 컨디션은 매우 만족스러워 가족 여행에는 추천할 만한 호텔입니다. 다만 위치를 중요하게 생각하는 분이라면 예약 전에 한 번 더 고려해 보시는 것을 추천드립니다.

First off, the staff is amazing for an apartment style long stay hotel (similar to Mimaru). They were all very attentive and quick to help out wherever they could. As expected with this type of property there is no gym, gift shop or restaurant. You’ll walk plenty in Tokyo so no gym was needed for us and there are plenty of restaurants and a Lawson close by to buy the necessities. They offer complimentary bathroom amenities (i.e. tooth brush, combs, cotton swabs) at the front desk. The room had slippers and pajamas for everyone in your party. We stayed in a 400sqft suite which was a bit tight for 4 adult sized people but the suite layout is very functional so it worked out fine. The washer/dryer combo was great for doing a load of laundry every evening with the sweltering heat during our stay. The beds were comfy and the best part was the shower room with tub. It was like a private one person onsen in our room every night! The location is on the edge of Ginza. It comes up as Chuo ward on your map. Close to a few subway lines. It’s a nice 13 minute walk through a quiet neighborhood to get to central Ginza and 15 minute walk to tokyo station. Overall a wonderful stay for us.

Customer service by this staff is excellent- above and beyond by Japan's standards. We canceled reservations elsewhere to extend our stay here.

I purchased the stay via Agoda, who committed to the best price. A few days prior to our arrival we found a better rate to the same hotel at about 50 % cheaper price. I contacted Agoda several times via their website + customer service team, After 3 reminders - still no reply.
