    I got a discount when I booked so I'm not sure about regular rates, but if you happen to come across a discount when booking your stay, I think this hotel is worth it. I booked the smallest room since I'm a solo traveler, but I think it was just enough space for me. The bathroom was also very nice; simple and clean, enough for your daily functions. The bed was comfortable and I didn't have a hard time sleeping. There is a train track next to the hotel so you will be able to see and hear trains come and go, but I found that it didn't bother me much. The hotel pajamas were also comfortable. Location is around a 5-7 min walk to Hakata Station and bus terminal, which is very convenient. It's also a residential area so the place is pretty quiet, especially at night. Overall, I would stay here again if I was going back to Fukuoka on my own.

    Allowed for early check-in without asking. The receptionist/Manager is observant of the people in the lobby. Towels are replenished on a daily basis even withour requesting for a room cleaning. The room may be cramped for 2 people along with medium size lugagge. An easy 10-min walk fron Hakata station. Nonetheless, the service and service is top tier.

    As said few minutes walk from train and bus station. Not far to walk to local history sites . Staff nice can't complain about room.

    Typical Japanese budget hotel with very compact rooms and limited space for luggage. The location is good, about 700 meters from Hakata Station, making it convenient for transport and dining. We stayed in an annex building with no front desk, but it had useful amenities like a laundry room, vending machines, and a free ice machine. Towels were changed, but used cups were not washed, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell, which affected overall comfort. Good for location and price, but cleanliness could be improved.
