Bit far frim station but bigger than ordinary hotel rooms so would fit a family of 3-4 pax definitely cheaper than booking 2 rooms but check in was definitely challenging coz the instructions are sent cery last minute would have been nice if it was sent at least a few hours before check in so when you arrive you can immediately access the room

Not really a hotel! But a studio apartment, like ***. NOTE! self-checkin/checkout. Hot water has a separate panel switch, which looks like an aircon. Loved that apartment! will stay again for sure. Only 1,000 yen taxi ride from main station.
It even has a washing machine. Great place!

I booked this hotel with an extra discount, making the price per night quite reasonable (approximately 200 HKD per person).
It’s about a 15-minute walk from the Hakata bus terminal/subway; however, actual travel time may vary based on age. The traffic lights can add significant waiting time, which might not be a concern for younger guests but could be for older ones.
Please note that the hotel has no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. This could be cumbersome, especially on rainy days.
Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service, and guests are expected to take out their garbage upon checkout.
Despite the lack of an elevator, daily cleaning, and the 15-minute walk from the Hakata bus station, the presence of a washing machine and a thermo ventilator in the bathroom is a major plus.
With the washing machine and thermo ventilator, you won’t need to pack extra clothing or undergarments, as everything dries completely and quickly overnight.
In summary, I recommend this hotel for younger travelers or those on a budget.
If you find other hotels that are similar but offer an elevator and a shorter distance to the Hakata bus station or subway, that would be a better option.
