Pretty spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The main attraction of this apartment is the location! This apartment is located in one of Oakland’s oldest neighborhoods, but it’s also one of the trendiest! You will enjoy all the new eateries, nightlife, and local businesses! You can walk to almost every destination, bart station is a 7 minute walk, san francisco is a 15 minute drive, bike friendly neighborhood and many more attractions!

Our family of 5 fit very comfortably in this classic Bay Area apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed proximity to the fantastic restaurants and shops of Temescal. Convenient jumping off pony to Easter Bay, SF, Napa, etc. Host was super responsive. We didn't realize the unit was above a bar, but with earplugs the noise was fine. Overall, amazing stay!

We needed a space for several friends to stay while we visited a friend who recently moved to the area. This spot was central to everything: Whole Foods, Walgreens, lots of great bars and restaurants. Yonathan was a great and responsive host. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in the area.

We were two senior couples visiting the Oakland area and found this spacious place to spread out games and puzzles inside. Outside, the neighborhood offers delicious food, shopping and people watching. This area is doing something right with its mix of friendly and diverse shop owners and locals. We had a great time! Our host responded immediately with any questions!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is wonderful, in a fun, active neighborhood. There are many restaurants and a lot of activity on Telegraph Avenue. (We enjoyed some really excellent food from Burma Superstar and Pizzaiola.)
The unit itself is very nice, having a refurbished, modern kitchen and baths. When the rains came during our stay, the unit proved a nice place to hang out with family, play games and watch football!
The only challenge we experienced was that the oldest member of our group of four adults struggled a bit with the stairs to the unit.
We would absolutely stay at this unit again and plan to check its availability whenever we visit Oakland.
