About this apartment rental
Please read entire listing before inquiring. The max booking is 29 nights in Oakland law and my min booking is 7 nights.
Please tell about yourselves, your reasons for coming to Oakland and you will arrive. There is a 30 min Orientation on arrival before going into the apt so, all Guest must arrive together. Check in is 11 am to 5 pm by appointment
This is a lovely two bedroom apartment on the third level, with a sunny deck. Deck is very high and unit is not good for unsupervised young children. The front bedroom has 100+ year old colored glass antique window that creates happy light. No formal living room - kitchen and deck are the hang out areas.
One block to the Historic Temescal Village with lots of shops and cafes, Peets Coffee House and 24/7 Walgreen's for 3 am munchy runs. BART (subway) is 7-10 min walk. Lots of buses. Freeway is 2 1/2 small blocks. Temescal is considered the "hip" area of Oakland.
There is one assigned parking space in the parking lot - no trucks. Cars parked on the street are at risk.
Casa Bella F back door (most often used) open to the West - from which there is a daily afternoon breeze from the Bay.

The apartment had a super location - short walk to BART and a block away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, Walgreens, as well as the busline on Telegraph! I loved the deck, especially as the sun set over the trees. The apartment had everything I was looking for - comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and bathroom. I will certainly hope to stay there again! Beverly was very available and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.

The property is very well located and within easy walking distance of many amenities. It's an older building so a little dusty and stuffy but still charming.
