Please tell about yourselves, your reasons for coming to Oakland and at what time you will arrive. There is a 28 min Orientation on arrival before going into the apt so, all Guest must arrive together. Check in is Noon to 4 pm
Comfortable ground level apartment in "hip" Temescal area of Oakland. Three bedrooms with double beds, each with desks and overstuffed chair and closet. Small deck. Small hang out area, large all new kitchen with dishwasher, micro, gas stove, frig, hanging pan rack and dining table. Decks.. Building is a six unit Victorian, but this unit is new and not "victorian". Bathroom has large sink top and mirror, tub with shower. Very strong water pressure. Floors are carpeted, tile in kitchen and bathroom. Includes utility, wifi, and one off-street parking spot. It is a commercial area, but is generally quiet at night.
Historic Temescal Village with shops and cafes, including Peets Coffee House and 24/7 Walgreens, is one block. BART (subway) is 7-10 min walk. Easy to Berkeley, downtown Oakland, San Francisco and greater Bay Area. Two blocks to auto rental. Close to Alta Bates, Sutter, Kaiser and Children's Hospitals. Sorry no pets. Max stay is 28 nights.
