Cottage is steps from the Town of Southold which offers excellent restaurants, cafes & adorable boutiques. Property sits on an acre & a half overlooking a sliver of the Peconic Bay. Located off a dirt road for the ultimate in privacy. Backyard is completely fenced in for the safety of your pup. All pups welcome! This home is impeccably maintained with high end furnishings, fully stocked chefs kitchen & luxurious linens. Bedrooms have blackout shutters for sleeping in late. Backyard has a Weber grill, hammock & outdoor furniture. And the evening star gazing is incredible. The enclosed front porch overlooks a sliver of the Bay, offering super comfy furniture for those lazy days, sipping coffee, reading your book. Cottage has a funky, cozy vibe, super relaxing. We had a fantastic stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described, if not better. It was incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel welcoming and easy to settle into right away.The location couldn’t have been better. Convenient to everything we needed while still offering a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to explore the area or simply unwind, it’s perfectly situated.The host was outstanding, responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was seamless. Communication was clear and timely, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.Overall, this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a memorable and stress-free stay.
