This perfectly placed home is minutes from all that's great about the North Fork: loads of beaches, excellent wineries, great restaurants, charming villages, fresh farm stands. That is if you want to leave the large secluded deck with outdoor shower overlooking an expansive back yard where you can relax on a chaise, play lawn games, or dine outdoors.
The contemporary home is bright, airy, and tastefully and comfortably furnished, with abundant artworks and books. The renovated chef's kitchen is very well equipt with top of the line appliances, marble countertops, and plenty of cookware. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bath. There is a lovely guest room with a full size bed, and an office/guest room with a very comfortable queen size sleep sofa. All fresh linens are supplied.
In the shed, are 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and lawn games.

This is a lovely place in the North Fork. Close to beaches and town, with peace and solitude. The house is fully equipped, a home away from home. Very nice deck to spend any part of your day. Highly recommended!

My husband and I spent 5 weeks here to escape our Manhattan apartment during COVID. It was just perfect and Alison is an excellent host. The house is clean and cozy, and the backyard is a gorgeous! One Woman winery is just across the street and the beach is an easy bike ride away. We miss our Southold sanctuary!

Comfortable and well-designed. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean and bright. Spacious outdoor deck and backyard. Truly made our stay like a home away from home!
