Welcome to Casa Iris, where comfort and elegance come together in perfect harmony. Breathe in the authentic atmosphere of Versilia area and relax in the prestigious neighborhood of Focette, just 500 meters from the sea, far from the chaos but close to all the centers of interest.
Enjoy and experience the large green terrace, often covered in flowers, the ideal setting for sunbathing, reading a book, or having memorable breakfasts and dinners with a view of the centuries-old pine trees so dear to poet D'Annunzio and the beautiful peaks of the Apuan Alps. Privacy and relax are guaranteed. Two sun loungers and a comfortable table for four people, as well as a parasol, complete your own open-air space.
Both rooms overlook the panoramic terrace of over 40 square meters, effectively doubling the available space and creating a truly pleasant dialogue between the interior and exterior environments.
There is also a second service terrace at your disposal, which is more useful for domestic tasks.
Casa Iris enjoys beautiful natural light, which floods the rooms and makes your stay very pleasant and relaxing.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, double glazing, and mosquito nets to allow for rest, silence, and air circulation.
Experience the minimalist elegance and comfort of the house, with its original furnishings and vintage items carefully selected by the owners.
The living area, with two large French windows, includes a double sofa bed and an original dining table for four people.
The kitchen, although not very large, has everything you need for cooking and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, crockery, and utensils.
The master bedroom, with two wardrobes and a large piece of furniture for storing your luggage, has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. It also has a large window and a French window, which also overlooks the large panoramic terrace.
Casa Iris is in a priceless location: it is a stone's throw from the sea and the best restaurants and bars on the coast, but it maintains its characteristic of absolute privacy, being surrounded by greenery and offering a large outdoor area for the exclusive use of guests.
It is set in a beautiful and elegant seaside villa.
If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking space inside the property and cycle to the beach in just a few minutes.
Please note that to access the house, you need to climb a very wide spiral staircase (85 to 100 cm), which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Small pets are allowed upon prior notification at the time of booking. An extra cleaning fee will be charged and their presence must be reported at the time of booking.

This was our second time staying at Elena's apartment, and everything was perfect again. Elena is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment, with its adjacent terrace, is also perfect for pleasant social evenings. Quiet and somewhat secluded, it's perfect for relaxation.

Modern furnished apartment with large terrace. Quiet location with a great mountain view. Very friendly host with passion and a lot of sightseeing tips. It´s a very good home base to explore Tuscany, Cinque Terre and the mountains and the Ligurian Sea. We enjoyed out stay very much and will gladly come back.

We rented Iris apartment for 2 in September. A first floor bright and airy large apartment in a quiet residential area located on the edge of Lido di Camiaore. Secure with a private parking space, the apartment is about 15 minutes walk to the seafront. A very large supermarket is within 3 minute drive .The apartment has a large terrace with lounge and bedroom access and lovely views towards the mountains. There is a kitchenette which includes an induction hob, (no oven) dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Plenty of storage space in bedroom. Everything we needed for our holiday. Our days out included visits to Cinque Terre, Portofino, La Spezia, Lucca, Carrara and Pisa. Walk along the seafront or beach to watch sunset from the pier or take bus/bike/car in the other direction to lovely Marina di Pietrasanta. .The apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase so may not be suitable for some people. The owner who spoke good English, made us feel very welcome and would answer any queries and suggested places to visit. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed here for 1 week in July, the apartment is in walking distance to the beach and a large supermarket, we hired bikes for the week
and cycled to the main shopping areas of Marina di Pietrasanta and also the Lido di Camiore, making it very convenient.
The apartment was very clean and well presented, one of the owners meet us at the property, as arranged.
We would defiantly recommend to a friend who wanted to stay in the area, and hope to return ourselves.
