Welcome to Casa Glicine, where comfort and elegance come together in perfect harmony. Breathe in the authentic atmosphere of Versilia and relax in the prestigious neighborhood of Focette, just 500 meters from the sea, far from the chaos but close to every point of interest.
Enjoy and experience the large green roof terrace, often blooming and scented with aromatic Mediterranean plants, the ideal setting for sunbathing, reading a book, or enjoying memorable breakfasts and dinners with a view of the centuries-old pine trees so dear to poet D'Annunzio and the beautiful peaks of the Apuan Alps. Privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. The terrace, which covers the entire roof of the villa, over 100 square meters, will be yours alone. Two sun loungers and a comfortable table for four, as well as a parasol, complete your own open-air space with a splendid view.
Casa Glicine enjoys beautiful natural light, which floods the rooms and makes your stay very pleasant and relaxing.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, double glazing, and mosquito nets to ensure rest, silence, and air circulation.
Experience the minimalist elegance and comfort of the house, with its original furnishings, paintings on the walls, and vintage objects carefully selected by the owners.
The living area, with a French window overlooking a service balcony and a window, is very airy and bright and includes a double sofa bed and an original dining table for 4 people.
The kitchen, although not very large, has everything you need for cooking and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, crockery, and utensils.
The double bedroom, with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror, has plenty of space to store your luggage.
Between the living area and the sleeping area, there is a bathroom complete with shower and bidet.
Casa Glicine has an unbeatable location: it is a stone's throw from the sea and the best restaurants and bars on the coast, but it maintains its characteristic of absolute privacy, being surrounded by greenery and offering a large outdoor area for the exclusive use of guests.
It is set in a beautiful and elegant seaside villa.
If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking space inside the property and cycle to the beach in just a few minutes.

Please note that access to the house requires climbing a very wide spiral staircase (85 to 100 cm), which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
Small pets are allowed upon prior notification at the time of booking. An extra cleaning fee will be charged and their presence must be reported at the time of booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.
Lido di Camaiore is a great place to stay, very close to many sights we wanted to visit.
Lucca, Pisa, Portofino and cinque terre were all within a few hours drive and spending the evenings relaxing on the roof terrace of the apartment was a great end to every one of those exiting days.
The bed was firm but comfortable, the couch super cozy and the kitchen perfect for cooking small meals when you didn't feel like going to one of the many good restaurants in Lido di Camaiore or Viareggio.
While the weather wasn't too hot when we visited, In case it is there is AC in both rooms and when I tested it it was really quiet.
If you wanted to nitpick: The shower is a bit smaller than average and the water pressure was fluctuating from good to weak occasionally but it wasn't a real issue to us.
Overall I can really recommend this apartment, for us two it was perfect for the week.

Apartment is fresh, clean and well equipped.
Every room has AC. Kitchen has dishwasher and washer. Dedicated parking.
Location is fantastic, just few minutes walk to the beach.
We definitely will come back!
