Tonfano is a town located in Marina di Pietrasanta Versilia where the sea meets the long tongue of sand embraced by the splendid and generous Apuan mountains.
The house is located 800 meters from the sea. It is a ground floor of a cottage and is completely independent. There is a private entrance with a garden.
In the garden a large terrace hosts daily outdoor life, with the convenience of the table, chairs, armchairs and deck chairs and for the need for shade there is a comfortable electric tent.
The large living room overlooks the garden with a large window and has comfortable sofas and TV. The kitchen and dining room are well equipped and the round table invites to good company.
There are two bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed and the other with a 140cm double bed and a single bed. Also these equipped with wardrobes and chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a shower and there is a closet with a washing machine.
Outside there is also the pilozzo with drying rack.
Tonfano is a town suitable for families, the beach is with bathing establishments that offer various services, umbrellas, tents, swimming pools and much more.
The center is nice with shops, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, restaurants and on Saturday mornings there is a popular market where in addition to fruit and vegetables there are stalls with outlets and accessories.
Pietrasanta is nearby and is a lively meeting point for artists who exhibit with personal exhibitions. In the huge main square there are especially contemporary works in summer. All around there are terraces with tables and are very popular for good aperitifs and lots of social life. Pietrasanta is also famous for the numerous quality trattorias and restaurants.
The Apuan Alps dominate the landscape with their magnificence. Very luxuriant, full of woods and rivers, they offer many possibilities for recreation. Walks, landscapes, fairs and village festivals, tourist visits to small towns where unexpectedly you can find a small local trattoria that always offers a good healthy meal.
