The house, on the ground floor of an elegant, recently renovated light blue villa, overlooks the pleasant garden for exclusive use from both rooms, creating a harmonious dialogue between the interior and exterior.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, double glazing, and mosquito nets to allow for rest, silence, and air circulation.
Experience the minimalist elegance and comfort of the home, with its original furnishings and a taste of vintage items carefully selected by the owners.
The living area, with a large French window opening onto the garden and a window, enjoys beautiful natural light, which floods the room and makes domestic life very pleasant and relaxing. Here you will also find the kitchen, which, although not very large, has everything you need for cooking and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, crockery, and utensils. There is a dining table for four people and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The double bedroom, with a large wardrobe for storing your luggage, a comfortable chest of drawers with mirror and shoe rack, is very quiet and allows for a peaceful night's sleep.
Between the living area and the sleeping area is the bathroom, complete with shower and bidet.
Casa Ginestra has an unbeatable location: it is a stone's throw from the sea (500 meters), a huge supermarket that is always open, and the best restaurants and bars on the coast, but it maintains its characteristic of absolute privacy, being surrounded by greenery and offering a large outdoor area for the exclusive use of guests.
If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking space inside the property and cycle to the beach in just a few minutes.

The appartement on the first floor is big and clean. It has everything one needs (washing machine, dish washer, etc.). The garden is perfect to enjoy meals outside and for pets to play. We enjoyed our stay here.

Super clean, tidy, simple, modern & bright apartment conveniently located to the sea and services. Quiet residential area & easily walkable to all. Private off-street interior parking was a priority (motorcycle). Elena was the perfect host - speaks great English and no communication problem. The trash drop off may have been difficult on a motorcycle but Elena was kind enough to take care of it. A bottle of wine in the refrigerator was a nice touch, perhaps a bottle of water would be more suitable. Word of advice- bring your own paper products, soap, kitchen/food prep stuff, etc. Will return again!
