Clemson Football is here and so is the Coach Frank Howard memorabilia home. This home has been totally renovated as of 9/2022!! What an awesome update and transformation! This home sits on 25 acres with many many rocks. . Picnic shelters and a swinging-door saloon are located on the property. A fire 🔥 pit is out back for your enjoyment on cold nights. Frank Howard coached football at Clemson university for 40 years. This is the place to be for Clemson home games!

There’s 25 acres to roam around and see all kinds of wildlife including deer. A real retreat and getaway! This is a farmhouse!!!. We use Tesla internet.

• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine

This was the perfect house to visit with my son, DIL and twin grandsons who live nearby. Grounds were great for the kids and house was cozy in the cold and well equipped with all we needed. Owner is so friendly and dogs were an added bonus. Tucked away but close enough to stores and entertainment. Thank you for a great time!

This property.is exactly.as advertised. We were in the Clemson area for Parents/Family weekend. The host followed-up well and quickly to any requests. The only improvement suggestion that I would make is to upgrade the mini-blinds in some of the rooms to minimize morning sunlight. This property was perfect for us and our purposes and made our trip very enjoyable!!!
