15 minutes away from Clemson university, 2 minutes away from interstate 85 exit 19 and 5 minutes away from restaurants, Walmart, Anderson Mall and shopping centers.
The home is arranged across two finished levels, giving guests the convenience of gathering together while still having separate spaces to relax.

Upstairs, you’ll find the main living room with a Smart TV, comfortable seating and views toward the lake. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and coffee maker. A dining area provides space for meals together, while the enclosed sunroom is one of the home's most relaxing spaces—perfect for morning coffee, conversation or simply enjoying the view.

The upstairs sleeping area includes two bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV and its own private full bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, with another full bathroom available from the hallway. Comfortable, high-quality mattresses throughout the home help make it easy to settle in and recharge after a day on the lake or exploring the area.

Head downstairs to find a second living/lounge area with a Smart tv providing additional flexibility for groups and families. The lower level also includes three additional private sleeping rooms and a third full bathroom. One room is especially useful for families and groups, with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed. Another room has a twin bed, while the final downstairs sleeping room has a queen size bed.

The lower level also includes a convenient second kitchenette with a sink, compact refrigerator and separate beverage/wine refrigerator. Glassware and silverware are provided downstairs for added convenience.

Outside, take in the Lake Hartwell setting from the deck and outdoor seating areas. A combination gas and charcoal grill makes it easy to enjoy meals outside, and the level lower patio and fenced area provide additional room to relax.

The property includes a private dock. Under normal lake conditions, guests can bring a boat to the property, dock directly at the home or swim from the dock. Lake Hartwell water levels do fluctuate, however, so please read the current lake-level notice below before booking.

Boat owners and fishing groups will appreciate the parking. The paved driveway accommodates approximately five vehicles, with additional unpaved space available for vehicles, boat trailers and recreational equipment. Covered parking is also available.

Additional conveniences include fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in both living areas and the primary bedroom, central heating and air conditioning, a full laundry area, linens and plenty of towels, keypad entry and exterior flood lighting.

Important Lake-Level Notice

Lake Hartwell water levels naturally fluctuate throughout the year. At present, water levels at the property are unusually low and the private dock is grounded. Because of current conditions, direct boat docking and swimming from the dock may not be available.

The property remains waterfront and guests can continue to enjoy the lake setting and views, but anyone booking specifically for direct dock or boat access should confirm current conditions before arrival. This notice will be updated as lake levels change.



The home has central heating and air conditioning with the main thermostat located upstairs.

There are fireplaces on both levels of the home; they are decorative features and are not intended for guest operation.

The property slopes toward the lake, although the main entrance area and lower fenced patio area are level. Guests with mobility concerns or families traveling with small children should keep the terrain in mind.

No parties or events.

Please limit overnight occupancy to registered guests, with a maximum of 11 overnight guests.

No disruptive gatherings or excessive outdoor noise, particularly during nighttime hours.
