This clean, non-smoking home offers 1,100 square feet of comfortable living space, with ceramic flooring and granite countertops throughout. Assigned covered parking is conveniently located beside the condo, with guest parking also available.
The backyard is the highlight, opening directly onto a beautiful, peaceful lake. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water, take a leisurely stroll along the lake, or simply settle in and soak up the tranquillity.
You’ll find all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and an in-home washer and dryer. After a day of golfing, shopping, or exploring, relax in front of the television or enjoy a backyard barbecue as the sun sets over the lake. Nearby restaurants and shopping make it easy to find everything you need.
What I love most about our condo is the peaceful feeling of stepping outside and seeing the water’s reflection. It’s a special place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the beauty around you.

We loved this condo. Our favorite was the back patio. It was our favorite place to be anytime of day. We loved the view of the lake, the grapefruit tree and watching the hummingbirds buzz around the flowering bushes and flowers. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was properly supplied with utensils, pots and pans, Keurig, air fryer, etc. We also enjoyed walking around the lake and going to Spring training games. Marie was great. Our contact with her was easy and prompt. We stayed for a month and would love to come back again.

We enjoyed the patio the most! Living quarters were very comfortable and decorated nicely very relaxing. Location made it easy to access highways. Recommend

Vacation to visit family and enjoys the beautiful sites! The condo made our visit even more enjoyable!! Home like atmosphere very comfy. Beds were very comfortable too! The patio was lovely with flowers and birds. Seating outside was perfect. l recommend to family and friends.
