Exquisite lakefront condo with spectacular views! This highly upgraded and newly remodeled condo offers visitors a great vacation experience. Enjoy peaceful morning coffee or spectacular Arizona sunsets while sipping cocktails on your private oversized screened in balcony overlooking the beautiful lake and wildlife just feet away. There are lots of activities right on premises. Try your luck at fishing (catch & release/fishing poles provided), take a lovely stroll around the lake and take in the scenery including a babbling creek and waterfall, play some tennis/pickle ball, or take a dip in the large heated community swimming pool or hot tub. Gas barbecue grills are located throughout the facility as well.
There are many options if you like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Phoenix. The central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer! Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q’s (voted best barbecue in the U.S.), Garcias authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lonestar Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Black Angus, Chili’s, plus many more. Starbucks Coffee and Barnes & Noble bookstore are a quick walk away! Multiple golf courses, museums, theaters and all major sporting venues including Spring Training baseball facilities are close by. Easy access to Highways – located 1 block from the I-17. For a day trip, check out the Grand Canyon which is only a 2.5 hour drive from the condo, or perhaps the red rocks of Sedona which is only 1.5 hours away.

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes pots and pans. We did cook not a lot but everything was there. We ate out a lot.Our host Sheri was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed. Laundry was so convenient and right in the room plus it’s in its own little room so you can close the door and it’s quiet. I left my Kindle on the plane and Sheri helped me get a new one. She and her Mom arranged for me to have it delivered same day to Mom’s house and I picked it up from her later. So I didn’t have to wait around for it. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you Sheri!! Our whole stay was made so much more enjoyable because we had such a great home away from home to live in. The condo complex is great also with the lake and the path around it. Safe and clean. But I would have to stay in Sheri’s unit because she takes such good care of her guests. Mahalo Sheri

The little lake view was precious - lots of birds and movement while sitting contentedly on the screened patio. When the wind blows, leaves fall furiously, so it's SMART of the host to have screened in the patio! The location is my only concern - off I-17 you have to drive through a shady area BUT once you get into the Condo, all concerns fade away. I stayed there alone with no fear and it was very quiet and peaceful - well stocked, clean, comfy, very private. Host was very communicative. Easy check in and check out. Parking is ample and nice under a carport so your car isn't sitting in the sun. The parking space for this condo is close to the stairs and can be easily seen from the front door.
