Easy to get in and out of and centrally located where we need to be in Phoenix in Glendale area.
Would like to be told about the refundable deposit at the time of booking.

It was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The host provided more than the essentials for a relaxing and easy going stay. Very comfortable stay.
This is a personal preference but as a 52 year old menopausal woman, it was difficult that the AC was limited to 75 degrees. I understand the cost of electric so it was not a deal breaker, but anything over 70 degrees makes it difficult for me to sleep and not swelter. Again, nothing against the host just my preference. We purchased fans and made due and enjoyed the weekend.

This condo needs some work and needs to be cleaned The couch was warn and ripped and the carpeting is old and dirty. The rest of the furniture was also worn. The “needles” on the Keurig coffee pot needed to be unplugged on a daily basis which was inconvenient. On the other hand, there is a small lake pond in the middle of the complex which was beautiful with a nice path to walk around.
