YES and YES Great communication. We didn’t have time to use the pool or common areas. Just in town for a weekend to visit family. Unit was clean and quiet. We are not up on using streaming apps so the tv was hard to negotiate. The one in the bedroom was slow to load.

The neighbors were quiet, the host was accommodating with our schedule, and we watched red-tailed hawks fly overhead while sitting on the porch.
