About this apartment rental
**There is a 30 day minimum rental on all rentals.
This condo is newly renovated and has 2 bedrooms and a den(with doors) with a queen pull out sofa bed. All new hardwood throughout the main living areas, new furniture, TV's with cable in all bedrooms and 50" flat screen in the living room.
This condo comes furnished with all necessary dishes, appliances and essentials to make your stay a memorable one! We have a full size Washer/dryer available in the unit.
This complex has a full size tennis court, 2 swimming pools and a spa.
At this time neither pool is heated.
It is centrally located off of I-17 and is less than a mile from a major shopping mall, restaurants and bars. We do have a 30 day minimum per our HOA and can’t do less than that.

Spacious accommodation in a gated community. Well stocked kitchen and pantry. Close to numerous hiking trails. Misty was quick to respond. Would definitey stay here again.

The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked beyond what we expected. We brought items from home assuming we would need them and never unpacked them.
The pool areas are nice but not heated so we couldn’t use them.
The location was good for us. Most places we needed to go were within 30 to 35 minutes if not traveling during rush hour.
Misty was very responsive to our problems. Unfortunately, the cleaning service she uses did not do a good job of cleaning. There is construction going on immediately next to the unit so the condo was very dusty. We had to make the beds ourselves and did some other cleaning that the service missed. Misty offered to have them return the next day to complete the job.
The construction was noisy and dirty but was well advanced by the time we left and would probably not be a big issue to future renters. I would suggest a deep clean of the unit.
Overall, I would recommend staying here. We would certainly rent here again.
