3Br/2Bath Coquina Sands Pool home - walk/bike to beach and town

Clean spacious ranch conveniently located in Naples. Walk to beautiful Lowdermilk Park beach. Close to the Greenway for biking and walks with the dog. A short drive to so many yummy restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a great month-long stay at this older Naples house with modern updates to kitchen and baths. This was our 6th trip to Naples, but first time for a longer stay. We knew Coquina Sands was a great, walkable neighborhood with a mix of older homes and new builds and it did not disappoint! The furnishings are not fancy, but comfortable, and the house was very clean. We appreciated the new sheets on the beds! It was extremely well-stocked with paper goods, basic toiletries and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the large screened-in porch (with a large grill & beverage refrigerator), beautifully landscaped yard with tropical foliage and flowers, pool and hot tub. The fully fenced yard was great for our dog. We walked (or biked) thru the neighborhood to a local coffee shop (dog friendly) and Lowdermilk beach park. Larry was responsive, easy to work with and responded quickly to a minor maintenance issue when we first arrived. Be sure to check out Jimmy P’s Charred just down the street for incredible steaks and burgers!

We are a family of 5. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed the pool. Perfect location!! You are 3 minutes from the beach by car or 7 minutes by bike. The shopping center is near along with restaurants and even the Zoo is across the way. The homeowner was wonderful to work with. Coquina Sands is a beautiful neighborhood. We had a wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to returning next year!!
