About this house rental
Walk to a private beach park from "Beachside" a tropical, upscale
pool home in the heart of Park Shore, one of Naples' most affluent
neighbourhoods. Excellent shopping and dining (including the Village
on Venetian Bay) is within easy walking distance.
The beach is just half a mile away and there are no busy highways to
cross to get there...just a gentle walk over the bay bridge.
Then there's our impressive home itself. With over 2200 square feet
and an open plan design, the feeling is one of space and comfort.
Our home has been newly remodeled, with new kitchen and bathrooms. We have superb new living and bedroom furniture, including top names like Tommy Bahama and Natuzzi.The look is modern, fresh and comfortable. There are new smart TVs in every room.

The ambience is opulent, yet beachy and tropical, with natural
woods creating a relaxing haven.
In the living area, sliding doors open completely to bring the
outside in and the inside out. The designer kitchen was installed this year and has beautiful white quartz surfaces. The formal dining area is both elegant and relaxing. The two master suites both have king beds with excellent new mattresses.
The master bathroom has been completely remodeled by a top Naples bathroom designer. And this bedroom features a new SleepNumber mattress, meaning you can control the firmness of the mattress.
Our large lanai and huge yard surround our spacious heated pool. (Electric pool heat, recommended in winter, is available at extra cost) The lanai is fully furnished, so you can dine and relax outside, effectively giving you another beautful living space.
The vegetation is mature and luxuriant, you will be surrounded by banana trees, exotic palms and rubber plants.
And when you leave, you will find the sophisticated pleasures of
Naples on your doorstep. Park Shore has a private beach park for
residents and guests only and we will be providing you with a pass
so you can use the excellent facilities there.

Turnkey furnished, kitchen, utility, bathrooms fully stocked with household items. Extra comfy beds with good mattresses, WiFi & All TVs work well. House spotlessly clean- Pool (set in tropical garden) well maintained, fresh & clean for our month stay. Gorgeous Brand-new BBQ poolside. Garage stocked with pool toys & good quality beach chairs/parasols.Owner (who was fully available to us) supplied informative Home manual on desk in lounge- plenty of advice re house, local attractions & grocery etc).. We loved Fresh Market with great choice of organic fruit/veg & OUR fave crab cakesPacked up car every am for trip to nearby Park Shore beach where we were certain of parking with the home owners beach passFAB HOLIDAY .. THANK YOU SO MUCH

We really enjoyed our stay at this home.
It is spacious, well maintained, comfortable and close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores and the beach are a quick drive or easy walk away. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing, dining and cooling off on a hot day.
The pass for the private beach access is a bonus. Also the owner has beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to use for the beach which definitely came in handy.
Communication with the owner and the property management company was excellent. Always quick to respond and help with any issues or questions we had.
Overall it was a great stay!!

This is a gorgeous home. Open plan lay out with easy access to the beautiful warm pool. Really good communication before and after stay. The house comes with a parking pass to the private beach which is a huge deal. The beach and Village shops are only a few minutes walk. Supermarkets practically at the end of the road. Would love to come back.

A well maintained spacious home with a beautiful private beach just a short walk away. Excellent restaurants and shopping also within easy walking distance. All the family loved the beautiful pool area and eating outside.
Comfortable beds, plenty of TVs and a new master bathroom.
We loved Naples and want to come back to this home!
