Well-equipped apartment in a great part of Belgrade

The apartment had everything needed and more: great AC, lots of little touches like tape and clothes pins and drinks in the fridge and coffee- we were so comfortable. It had two separate bedrooms sleeping up to four (one double and two singles in the other room) and I believe the couch in the living room pulled out too

Tanja is very nice person, she was contact me in advance and waited for me until I arrived. And she was gave us some useful information for explore Belgrade and some restaurant recommendations. The apartment is very clean and convenient. Bus station is just close the apartment, and there is Maxis and DM near the apartment, you can buy souvenirs on these 2 shops. We found Tanja put some snacks on hall, living room and kitchen, it’s very nice. We definitely will come back if we visit Belgrade again.

Clear communication, there at exactly the time they said. Very happy. Coffee and kitchen facilities and water filter jug were good.

The bathroom smelt a little bad and the towels were very thin.

Relaxing, comfortable flat

The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped (literally all kinds of kitchen utensils, there is a separate AC and television in each room). The beds were extremely comfy, the whole family slept like babies. Kindness of the host was presented by free Coca-Cola, cookies and mineral water prepared in the fridge. The host was kind and flexible, although I had notified her about arrival at 4pm, the road was quicker than expected and she agreed in no time to meet me and hand over the keys earlier.

The accommodation is located in one of the secluded residential areas of Belgrade, but of course we knew that when we booked, so that's okay. The bad part of it, if you drive, is that it is very challenging to find a free parking lot between the housing blocks, you also must have good parking skills to fit the car in the tiny place that you may eventually find. Also I must have pissed the residents by occupying their lots and blocking the walkway, as by the morning the rear wipers were broken off. You better chose a more distant, but protected parking lot.

Удобно для короткой поездки

В целом очень хорошо укомплектованные апартаменты, с прекрасно работающей техникой, с хорошим местоположением. Очень приветливая и радушная хозяйка. В апартаментах тепло и чисто. Рядом автобусная остановка, приличный супермаркет.

К сожалению, ранее в апартаментах явно курили (что против правил хозяйки), и для скрытия этого запаха в некоторых комнатах стоят ароматизаторы. Для меня как аллергика эти запахи были неприятны. Второй важный момент - очень жесткие кровати. За 4 ночи это начало сказываться на нашем самочувствии. И это единственная причина, по которой мы повторно сюда не приедем.

Неплохие аппартаменты цена/качество

Хорошие, довольно просторные аппартаменты, неплохой вид на Дунай с балкона, этаж высокий, поэтому обзор хороший. Приветливая хозяйка, отвечает на все вопросы, всегда онлайн. Проблем с заездом, проживанием и выездом не было.

Район не очень удобный для старта пеших прогулок, неудобный туалет, тесно.

Predivan stan

Lep i komforan stan. Opremljen svim stavarima. Izuzetno predusretljiva vlasnica. Udobni kreveti, lep nameštaj, prostrana terasa. Mnogo smo zadovoljne bile (a bilo nas je 5 žena:)). Uvek bih birala ovaj apartman.

Nema toga što nam se nije dopalo.
