Construction Bombastic Feedback from KAREN 1. Room is relatively clean and the bed is comfortable (bouncy) 2. The view outside the villa was splendid and Jacuzzi was a plus point + Foldable Table and chair allow us to chill even more. 3. Hot Jacuzzi was nice to chill and man-made fire makes the vibes good. 4. Away from multiple city light, you can seeee stars clearly when you chill at the Jacuzzi area. 5. Staff was attentive to our enquiry through WhatsApp and they respond fast enough to our request (such as bedroom mat, hot water

Things to improves: 1. Toilet smell like cockroach shit and the showerhead is broken. 2. Poor maintenance on the toilet + Curtain and flooring as some of the screw start to come out and wont be able to see the pertuding screw.

The view from the room was great. The bath outside and inside. And staff were so nice ♥️ Cinema in the room is so comfy and makes romantic mood🥰

Everything was super nice except of food. Need to work on it.

Nous avons aimé la proximité avec le lac Batur et sa vue imprenable sur le mont Agung. Les chambres étaient sublimes et le petit bain extérieur avec l’eau chaude était un gros plus dans le cadre de notre location. De plus, la piscine était fabuleuse.

La climatisation n’était pas vraiment fonctionnelle. La salle de bain devait être mal ventilée / des odeurs d’égouts étaient présentes.

Morning view was beautiful. It was cooling in the evening. Peaceful.

Toilet has a certain type of smell. Hot water is not consistent. Could be better. Location is quite deep down and road is very small. My driver had to overnight in the car as the road is really small and dangerous as it was slippery after rain for him to leave.
