Location was great, ocean views and close to everything. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed.
The apartment is managed by Coast hotel management, they give you their number on every bit of correspondence and even in a few places within the apartment saying contact us if you have any issues or need anything. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people, hadn't got a chance to try ring the provided number but after 2 days we accidentally locked our key in the room and used that same number and could not get hold of anyone. We rang multiple times which went to an answering machine which we then left messages. I found another number in an email to try call, it did the same thing. We tried looking up the office address and drove there but couldn't find out how to access the building. After about 90 minutes trying to find someone, as a last resort I tried messaging them on booking.com assuming that wouldn't get answered either if a phone didn't but oddly they replied there fairly quickly and said they could come but it would take 30-45 mins. Not sure where they had to come from as the office was 5 mins away tops. It was very stressful as without a key we couldn't even get past the foyer and if it had been after 5 pm we would be on the street. The actual building staff were very lovely but couldn't help us at all as it was a private apartment.
The apartment itself was mostly good but the main shower head didn't work and the one on the hose was so loose it constantly fell down and every time we turned the shower off the whole thing flung to the ground, almost hit me in the face the first time. Theres also lots of cockroaches in the kitchen mostly around the cupboard the bin is stored in

View is lovely, loving area is comfy and comfy bed and bedding. Bathroom outdated.
