The perfect location for your next stay on the Gold Coast situated beside the iconic Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club directly across the road from the main beach. Allunga sits above the Paradise Centre shopping complex which opens out onto Cavill Mall, the central hub of Surfers Paradise.
This apartment on the 18th floor has been immaculately renovated and it features –

- Fully tiled throughout, bar the two bedrooms which are carpeted
- Comfy new lounge to relax on in front of the flat screen TV which has Free Foxtel, the area opens onto a spacious ocean view balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
- Dining area with modern and comfortable 6 piece dining set to enjoy meals while on your next Gold Coast holiday.
- Master bedroom boasts a king bed with hinterland views, as well as a wall-mounted TV, walk in wardrobe and ensuite which has been tastefully renovated to lovely modern tones.
- Second bedroom accommodates guests on two single beds, with hinterland views and another wall-mounted TV as well as ample wardrobe space
- There is a separate guest bathroom which is also tastefully renovated. Both bathrooms in the unit offer walk in showers.
- Separate fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer for your use.
- Reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout for your comfort year round.
- Apartment comes fully equipped with all bedding and bath towels supplied.

The Neighborhood:
Known as Australia’s ‘Theme Park Capital’ the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.
Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis are also close by and readily available.
