Aloha というビルですが、ホテルの名前は、色々ある様で、わかりにくかったです。

Close to what we wanted to see and do. Price was responsible. Great views. Clean tidy just suited our needs.

Everything except the last two nights stay when we had people in adjacent room being inconsiderate with noise at 11:30pm-3:30pm. There kids playing with our door handle slamming there door kids playing screaming in hall outside our room. Oh but we get a filthy look when we close our door at 9am in the morning because we woke up the father oh my god I’m soooo sorry. We had a 9 hour drive the day we left and both my wife and I were extremely tired as we only got 2 hours undisturnef sleep. Other than that the place was great for our needs.

Great location. Like many other buildings in Surfers, it is showing its age, but is maintained well. The basement lift area needs serious attention and labelling. The apartment was comfortable and had all things needed for a solo traveller. Good for the bargain price.

A few areas are lacking upgrades such as key cards for rooms etc. Reception desk is hidden behind a strong security screen, which gives a bad first impression.
